Capt. Peacock is a 95-foot luxury yacht accommodating up to 14 anglers per expedition, guest lodging includes 5 (five) double occupancy cabins with large bunk beds, plus 1 (one) incredible master cabin for four people occupancy.
Captain Peacock guests anglers fish from specially designed 17.5-foot long welded boats. Designed for both conventional and fly fishermen, they feature ample decks with front and rear casting platforms. The aluminum hulls offer a smooth ride and a stable fishing platform, as well as the durability to probe secret jungle lagoons.

These fast and exclusive fishing boats will get you beyond sandbars and other obstacles into those secluded jungle lagoons where the monster peacocks lurk. Swivels seats, trolling motor, cooler and radio communications are standard equipment on your boat.

Season
October through March (5 and ½ months) – We typically fish in the Northern Amazon during October through half of April following amazing tributaries and exclusive fishing areas of Rio Negro River and its tributaries. This itinerary requires a charter flight/boat logistic only to set you in the most remote spots and secret lagoons. You will taste several trophy peacocks with great action. Prime and exclusive areas.
September (3 weeks) – We typically fish in the Southern Amazon during September following exclusive reserve areas of Madeira River and its tributaries. This itinerary either requires a charter flight/boat logistic or regular boat navigation departing Manaus city to set you in the most remote spots and secret lagoons. You will find several other fishing species beyond the big peacock bass such as pirarucu, catfish, big black piranha, among others.
